The Alarm Manager Service is a configurable application for monitors data from the Building Clouds system and generates alarms based on user-selectable criteria. These alarms can then be used by the Alerts Service to send emails or text messages, notifying users of potential problems or enabling them to take specific actions. Alarms can also be used to trigger pre-programmed events, such as load shedding during an Automated Demand Response event. Alarm details can be accessed from any Opendiem Client for viewing, acknowledging, or editing.

The Data Logger Service is a configurable utility that records data from your connected kits. Its primary function is to store incoming data in a database. Logged data can be displayed graphically online or exported to third-party software for more detailed analysis.
